Feedshop Direct: first-party tracking for merchants.

Announcing Feedshop Direct — work with Feedshop without an affiliate network: a Shopify app, a signed postback API, and a partner portal of your own.

Until now, a store needed an affiliate-network program for creators to earn on its products. Today that requirement goes away. Feedshop Direct is our first-party tracking: brands partner with Feedshop directly, keep the network's cut in the deal, and get the same fully attributable pipeline — click to order to commission.

Two ways to connect

If you run on Shopify, the Feedshop app is the ten-minute path: install it, and it captures the click reference on the storefront, attaches it to the order, and reports orders, refunds, and cancellations to us automatically. No theme edits, no engineering project.

Every other platform uses the signed postback API: when an order lands, your systems send us one server-to-server call, signed with your merchant secret, carrying the order and the click reference. Idempotent, verifiable, and deliberately small — most teams integrate it in an afternoon.

The partner portal

Direct partners get their own portal at partners.feedshop.app: a live conversions feed, integration status, a sandboxed test mode for trying the pipeline end to end before going live, and self-service management of your integration secret. Refunds and cancellations flow through the same pipeline, so commissions reverse cleanly instead of silently drifting.

Why first-party matters

Networks are how affiliate marketing scaled, and we work with them happily. But for brands that want a closer relationship — better rates for creators, direct reporting, no intermediary in the data path — first-party tracking is simply the better deal on both sides. If that sounds like your store, apply from the partner portal; we review every application by hand.
